KTDA Management Services Ltd. on behalf of Iriaini Tea Factory Company invites tenders from interested firms/ individuals for sale of mature Eucalyptus trees at Sabugo plantation located in Laikipia County.
Size and Location
The plantation comprise 100 Acres or thereabouts of mature Eucalyptus trees which can be harvested for wood or power transmission poles. The property is located in Sabugo location, Gituamba area in Nyandarua County. The plantation consists of approximately 48,500 Eucalyptus grandis tree species which are nine years old.

The sale of the said trees is subject to a reserve price. Prospective purchasers are encouraged to view the plantation before bidding. The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without the obligation to assign any reason for the decision.

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor. KTDA Farmers Building. Moi Avenue Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 17th January, 2023 at 9.30 AM. Opening shall be on the same day.
Tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
