KTDA Management Services Ltd on behalf of Chinga Tea Factory Company invites tenders from interested firms/ individuals for sale of the above for purchase of Agricultural land located in Laikipia County.
Size and Location
The area comprises 86.8 acres or thereabouts of five blocks of adjacent land parcels. They are situated ten Kilometers off Nyeri Nyahururu Highway in Segera Village. Munyaka Sub-location in Laikipia County

The bid documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on the ground floor. KTDA Farmers building, Moi Avenue to be received not later than 9.30 AM on 17th January 2023
The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount tendered and the relevant land transfer fees. Prospective purchasers are encouraged to view the land before bidding. The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without the obligation to assign any reason for the decision.
Tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
