JOB DETAILS:
Job Brief We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Tele-sales executive to help us build up on our daily activities. Tele-Sales executive responsibilities include acquisition of new users using emerging trendsie, social media platforms, open sources e-channels etc, retention, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets
To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Responsibilities are to:
• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Identifying potential channels on the platforms and engaging using the available resources
• Researching required information using available resources - Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
• Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.
• Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers. Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management
• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources. Following up complicated customer calls where required. Completing call notes and call reports as necessary
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries, -Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Meeting weekly, and monthly sales targets. Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Financial Offer - Salary and Benefits: Ksh 10,000 retainer monthly
Lunch allowance Commission
• bonus to be based on targets and performance
