2. The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KISUMU invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ECD TEXT BOOKS LEARNING MATERIALS

1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hours between (8:00a.m-5: 00p.m) at the address given below. 3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically free of charge from the County Website www.kisumu.go.ke , IFMIS portal supplier.treasury.go.ke   and/or www.tenders.go.ke  .

4. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement.cgk@kisumu.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs.300,000 (Kenya Shillings Three Hundred Thousand Only) Note: Bidders who had applied for the Fuel Framework Agreement of Nov 2022 need not submit a new Bid Bond

6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 25th November 2022 at 12:00Noon
