Supply Chain Manager

Description
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to ensure our supply chain and logistics operations function properly. In this role, you’ll collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Procurement, to create effective business plans, so teamwork skills are important. You should also have experience in project management, as well as great leadership and communication ability. Responsibilities
• Planning and Forecasting all the food rations for the project as per the client’s requirements.
• Maintain and update regularly the forecasting data history database for future reference.
• Upload the PO’s and the Shipment Orders (SO’s) to the Warehouse Management System (WMS/exceed).
• Control and supervise the inventory reconciliation, provisions, and write-off control worksheets.
• Analyze/challenge the forecast stability based on the client's requirements and ensure that the replenishment plans are established accurately.
• Prepare the monthly suppliers' orders bi-weekly and direct the appropriate follow-up plans as needed.
• Follow up and oversee the exception delays of deliveries, and interact with the logistics and transportation team.
• Prepare and maintain supply chain reports bi-weekly, monthly, and annually. Such as the demand planning, stock levels of each warehouse, stock at risk, and ASN and stock outstanding reports.
• Ensure the right quantities of stocks have been dispatched from the hub/main warehouse and received the same quantities to the sub-warehouses as required.
• Supervise and work with the Supply chain team for stock on-loading and for the supplier’s confirmations.
• Direct and supervise the supply chain team while preparing the Purchase Orders (POs) and Advance Shipment Notices (ASN).
• Propose the replacements, according to the finding of the stock at risk analysis report.
• Analyze the stock levels of each warehouse and forecast the stocks at risk and shortages.
• Develop, maintain and supervise the management control system lined to the food rations supply chain objects.
• Develop, implement and maintain the supply chain plans, policies, procedures, and workflows according to the ISO requirements.
• Evaluate and report on KPIs
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
• Supervise the personnel within the supply chain unit and monitor and evaluate the assigned KPI’s and performance of the other tasks. Provide on-job-training to the team as needed.

Requirements
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health Regulations (OSHA), ISO 9000 and 22000; implementation of HSE programs
• 5 years' experience in a similar role• '
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management•
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS/Exceed/Maximo)
• Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
• Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving
• A strategic and analytical mind
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
