JOB DETAILS:

Supply Chain Management Assistant at Kenya Tourism Board REF. KTB/HR 009/2019 .

Job Responsibilities:
• With proper authorization, receive and issue goods from the store
• Maintain stock levels and ensure adequate lead-time
• Post stores issues/receipts into the MIS
• Safeguard the store
• Prepare stock taking checklist
• Maintain a register of samples
• Ensure orderly and convenient arrangement of goods in the stores for easy retrieval

• Diploma in any of the following fields: Supplies Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
