Supply Chain Director CEWA
Your Tasks
• Lead and steer the development and implementation of an aligned (global/region) MU Business Strategy.
• Drive and Support Local IIM projects.
• Management of multiple warehouses, complex distribution footprint, long lead times, erratic buying patterns and conflicting KPI’s.
• Ensuring the timely, cost and service optimized Logistics services in compliance with required standards, regulations and global guidelines.
• Establish joint projects with PCs in order to improve the replenishment cycle of locally produce SKU.
• Ensure that PC KPIs are aligned with Supply Chain KPIs and develop collaboration between teams in order to ensure overall success of the regional value chain.
• Establish Supply Chain concepts to efficiently and cost effectively manage the various customer servicing relationships in the MU i.e. direct to store customers, wholesale and distributors and DC customers.
• Ensuring constant supply planning of finished goods based on MLU forecasts and acting as interface between MU Countries, their customers and Production Centers (PCs)/other Hubs for all logistics related processes.

Your Profile
• 10 years Management experience in Supply Chain and General Management
• International experience and context
• Strong people focus and ability in the Formation, Leadership and Development of teams
• Highly developed analytical skills – combined with ability to develop and deliver on strategies
