The Bidder MUST submit the following additional documents in its bid:

1. Copy of Valid Business Registration Certificate.

2. Copy of Valid Business Permit.

3. Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.

4. Company profile demonstrating the firm’s eligibility, capacity and experience to deliver this assignment.

5. Last three (3) years audited accounts for the firm with average business turnover of minimum twice the bid price offered.

6. Evidence demonstrating that bidder has successfully completed at least five (5) contracts of similar assignment in the past three (3) years.

7. Power of attorney authorizing the person signing the bid to do so on behalf of the firm.

8. Submit bid bond in form of bank guarantee or Letter of Credit from a bank recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya.

9. Duly filled in, signed and rubber stamped Letter of Bid in the bidder’s letter head.

10. Valid Pre-Bid Certificate for this tender.

11. Referee letters for the last three years, from at least five (5) clients where successful similar solution was offered (NB; KALRO shall have the right to verify with the referees)

12. Confirmation of Responsibility for Integration and Interoperability of Information Technologies

13. Proof of Service/ Customer support desk accessible through ALL of the following: Telephone and Email contact.

NB; There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting to be held on 7 th February 2023 at KALRO Headquarters starting 10am. Only those tenders who attend and obtain Certificate of attendance shall qualify for evaluation
