TENDER NOTICE

Rotary Club of Busia, a non-profit organization under the umbrella of Rotary International In partnership with Rotary Club of Davis, Sun-set, California, Invites applications for the tenders described below from interested and eligible bidders for the following Works:
Tender No. : RC/RCWSP/LOT-02/2022
Works' Description: Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Solar Powered Water
Pumping System To Existing Borehole-Phase 2 Lot-2
Location: Rumbiye
Tender Closing Date; 3 February 2023
Eligibility; Open

Interested bidders may bid for all the three (3) lots for as long they meet the requirements.
Tender documents are available and can be downloaded free of charge from the website, www.ewb-kenya.org  . Those who download the documents and intend to submit their bids are required to register their official business contacts with the Rotary Club of Busia via Email; rumbiye@googlegroups.com   for purposes of receiving further clarifications/or addenda if need arises.

A pretender site visit which is mandatory for RC/RCWSP/LOT-01/2022 and RC/RCWSP/ LOT-02/2022 will be undertaken on 20Th January 2023 from 10.00am EAT at Rumblye primary school. Bidders for RC/RCWSP/LOT- 03/2022 willing to attend are free to do so at their own choice.

Applications for tenders must be submitted enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender name and reference number, Submitted and registered at Rumbiye Primary School, Rumbiye sub-Location, Funyula Constituency, Busia County, so as to be received on or before the dates indicated above and on the tender documents for each category.

Tender opening will be done on the final day of the tender submission soon after 1200 Hrs and in the presence of bidders willing to witness the process.
