INVITATION TO TENDER .

SUBJECT: TENDER DOCUMENT FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
OF INTERNET SERVICES AT KEPHIS HEADQUARTERS AND REGIONAL OFFICES,
TENDER NO: K/T/07/2022-2023.
Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service (KEPHIS) invites sealed tenders for FOR SUPPLY,
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF INTERNET SERVICES AT KEPHIS
HEADQUARTERS AND REGIONAL OFFICES,
1. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender using a standardized tender document.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained free of charge by interested tenders electronically
from the KEPHIS Website (www.kephis.org) or PPIP website http://tenders.go.ke). More details on the
Services are provided in PART 2 - Services' Requirements, Section V - Description of Services of the
Tender Document
3. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
supplies@kephis.org to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Security” of Kshs 150,000 in any of the following forms;
a bank guarantee; a guarantee by an insurance company registered and licensed by the Insurance
Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority; a letter of credit; or guarantee by a deposit taking microfinance institution, Sacco society, the Youth Enterprise Development Fund or the Women Enterprise Fund.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.30 AM on 30th January, 2023.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
