JOB DETAILS:
The Supervision Officer (Inspection & Enforcement) is responsible for review of scheme operations, inspection and enforcement of compliance.
Job Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: finance, law, economics, commerce, business administration, social security or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
• Proficiency in computer applications; and,
• Fulfill the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution
Job Specifications
• Participate in scheme inspections and preparation of reports;
• Participate in the review of scheme operations and make recommendations;
• Participate in scheme monitoring and reporting on execution of recommendations;
• Enforcing compliance;
• Collecting and collating scheme enquiries and making recommendations for Management action; and
• Participate in annual general meetings and other forums relating to the retirement benefits industry and preparing reports and action points for Management consideration.
