Requirements
Qualifications
• Degree /Diploma in Nursing/Clinical Medicine –with extensive and recent hands-on clinical experience preferably Female Candidates
• Registered with the Practicing Council of Kenya including Clinical Trials.
• At least two (2) years of Clinical research experience
• Good Clinical Practice training/Human Subjects Protection training
• Knowledge and ability to counsel clients on Sexual and reproductive health and contraceptive use
• Knowledge and experience in managing AGYW will be an added advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Qualities
• Commitment to integrity and high-quality performance
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Keen and attentive to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Articulate in both verbal and written communication in English and Swahili.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Attend the scheduled training to clearly understand the purpose of the study and how they will be involved in the study
• Conduct data abstraction from in-patient medical files into study-specific electronic data abstraction tools
• Uphold data quality procedures throughout the study
• Ensure data is collected safely and transmitted to the designated central location
• Provide routine progress reports to the study coordinator
• Perform other duties and assignments assigned
