JOB DETAILS:
Stock Controller
Salary: Ksh 40,000
Our client, in logistics and Distribution Company is looking to hire a competent stock controller to monitor the stock level and notifies the warehouse manager of any irregularities in the stock taking and reconciliation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Daily stock taking in the warehouse and reconciliation with Navision stocks.
2. Ensuring implementation of automation of warehouse processes.
3. Ensuring warehouse standard operating procedures are followed.
4. Ensuring stock, the stocks is stored in accordance with the policy.
5. Ensuring the existing warehouse tools and equipment are utilized optimally and are in good condition.
6. Ensuring the warehouse expenses are within the budget.
7. Daily end of day reconciliation with the sales team and ensuring picking list are accurately confirmed and signed.
8. Ensuring all transfers postings to virtual locations are done by 10am on Navision.
9. Verification of signed invoices for key accounts/self-collection customers and picking list.
10. Ensuring customers and sales team satisfaction by ensuring orders are served ON TIME& IN FULL.
11. Ensuring all stock purchases and van transfers are accurately captured on stock book and Navision.
12. Receipts products from EABL and ensure POD are accurately filled, signed and stamped FEFO and FIFO in the warehouse and ensuring documented records.
13. Maintaining quality of products and ensuring only quality products are sold to customers.
14. Any other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
• A Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or Supply Chain management.
• KCSE C Plain with C minus in Math and C Plain in English.
• At least 2 years’ experience in warehousing in FMCG.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good time management Skills.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
