Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Team Lead to join our growing team at DGB. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software development and experience leading and mentoring a team of developers. Responsibilities include:
• Leading a team of developers to design and build software solutions that meet business requirements
• Ensuring the team's code meets quality and performance standards
• Mentoring team members and promoting a culture of learning and growth
• Collaborating with other teams to identify and address software-related issues
• Communicating progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in modern software development practices and languages
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
