JOB DETAILS:
The position offers an extensive amount of ownership and influence over our development process as we scale the team. We’re looking for people who enjoy solving meaningful problems and love seeing the things they build in the hands of real users.
We are looking for an expert Flutter developer who is proficient in the dart. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter workflows. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a quality product are important. .

Responsibilities:
• Developing new user-facing features using Flutter
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Collaborating closely with the teams of UI/UX designers, PMs, QAs, and other developers
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience with Flutter and dart, should have worked in at least one full app using flutter.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON. (GET, POST, PUT and DELETE)
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of Dart, its quirks, and workarounds
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates
• Understanding of how to debug Flutter application
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Mercurial and SVN
• Good understanding of UI rendering behaviour and performance
• Experience of programming in Android and iOS is a big plus.
• Published at least one app on the Play Store using Flutter/ Native (Java/Kotlin)

The Requirements
• 2+ years of Native Android or iOS development experience for phone/tablet required
• 5+ years in software development (on any technology platform)
• 1+ years of experience in client application development leveraging Flutter cross-platform framework, and back-end development.
• Dart language experience is a plus
• Prior experience with with front end development (Angular, React) highly desired
• Experience with agile, or agile-based, development methodologies
