JOB DETAILS:
Site Supervisor – Mining

Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise to ensure that the shift team is focused and delivers key priorities to include, but not limited to, high standards of health and safety and good communication
• Maintain excellent operations and standards
• Supervise the storage, maintenance and use of plant and equipment by the shift
• Assist in adhering to budget constraints and targets
• Meet targets and those of the team as a whole
• Contribute to the overall development and maintenance of all projects
• Efficient running of the team
• Contribute to training and development of the team
• Perform and supervise all duties in compliance with health and safety and all related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable

Requirements
• Technical knowledge and qualification in mining
• Effective communication, conflict resolution,
• Experience in a similar role – 1- 3 years
• Excellent communication skills


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
