Details:
The quality control engineer will work collaboratively with our team on 88 Nairobi Condominium Project. In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you by the Head of Project Management / Project Director, coordinate with all necessary contractors, consultants and service providers. You will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle.
• Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met.
• Coordinate efforts with the Head of Project Management/Project Director and with outside contractors, consultants efficiently.
• Report updates verbally and in written form to the project director.
• Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products: Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as chemical, electrical, or mechanical.
• Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
• Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
• Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
• May specialize in areas of quality control engineering, such as design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control, metrology, automated testing, software, research and development, and administrative application.
• May manage quality control program.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Must have a min experience 7 years.
• In depth knowledge in the supervision consultants, ensuring quality control procedures.
• Has experience in the high-rise building projects.
• Has demonstrated experience and leadership in managing and coordinating activities consultants and contractors.
• Related computer software knowledge (MS Office / AutoCAD).
• Supervise to contractor about prepare related documents
