JOB TITLE: SENIOR/QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST The employee's duties will include, but not limited to ensuring that the production and quality systems are in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) by conducting all the necessary Analysis' and Validations of Methods of Analysis, Conducting training and any other duties as requested by management from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting equipment and assisting Analytical Chemists with issues.
• Scheduling of Stability batches.
• Conducting investigations Into OOS results.
• Reviewing and approving of analytical data and compilation of approved Certificates of Analysis.
• Preparing for and participation in regulatory and customer audits.
• Knowledge of Change Controls, Deviations and CAPAs.
• Planning and overseeing method verifications, validation and transfers.
• Analyzes in process, raw material, intermediate, and final release samples in compliance CGMP.
• Ensures that laboratory productivity and turnaround goals are met through timely completion and review of laboratory testing.
• Ensures that laboratory equipment and supplies are maintained.
• Ensures that laboratory systems are understood and followed in a manner that facilitates efficient laboratory operatio.


  Job Skills:
• The successful applicant will be self-motivated, proactive and possess excellent organisational and motivation skills.
• Knowledge of various dosage forms


  Job Qualifications:
• BSC/Diploma in analytical chemistry/similar field.
• Practical knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and analytical methodology such as HPLC, GC, dissolution and Wet Chemistry.
• Computer literate
• 2+ years of laboratory/manufacturing wet chemistry experience with a working knowledge of CGMP regulations is required.
• Quality orientation and high attention to detail.
• Hands on experience with analytical methods validation is distinct advantage
