JOB DETAILS:
• A strategic leader and high functioning individual
• Skills and experience in women leadership, elective politics,public finance management and Gender responsive governance .
• Skills in collective organizing,community-led advocacy and policy engagements
• Ability to pursue transformative relationships with political parties, electoral commission, other election management systems, state department of gender affairs, County department of budgets and other sector departments, national police, political leaders e.t.c.
• Ability to generate quality draft funding proposals, management and donor reports
• Willing to work with and alongside grassroots women. Building grassroots women agency.
• Availability to travel across the country 50% of the time
• A team player willing to work and collaborate with different teams all the time.
• Passionate about diversity and inclusivity
• Working experience with Not for Profit sector preferably women rights organisations
• A minimum Bachelors degree in social studies, humanities or related studies
• 3 years and above working experience
