Job Descriptions
• Coordinating, monitoring and evaluates implementation of existing programs and propose corrective action;
• Spearheading and conducting of regular Monitoring and Evaluation and compiling of reports;
• Coordinating evaluation of strategic plans, Annual Work plans and performance contracts;
• Coordinating operations research aimed at providing data that will generate information for improved efficiency, effectiveness and ease of doing business;
• Ensuring regular update of database for Research and related activities;
• Providing oversight and quality assurance in data collected and reports prepared
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of projects and programs;
• Analyzing and presenting statistical data in the form of survey reports and bulletins.
• Developing Monitoring and Evaluation policies, frameworks and strategies for Monitoring and Evaluation of projects that will deliver maximum value for resource investment;
• Preparing monitoring and evaluation schedules and reports and take lead in evaluation of research projects;
• Preparing Projects Monitoring Plans (PMP) in line with project results frameworks and consultation with projects/program teams and partners
