Position Summary
This position is responsible for project implementation with a Domain know-how in Technologies (Microsoft Dynamic NAV and Serenic Navigator) Main scope of work shall be in consulting, programming, training, installation and supporting Clients using this technology. As a Senior Functional Consultant, the role holder will be required to have technological experience in developing business and technical models for use on projects as well as identification/ development of solutions for customers.

Responsibilities
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamic NAV and Serenic Navigator
• Experience of engaging with customers to understand the requirements and converting in to working prototype
• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules
• Highly confident with providing support and training to users
• Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers
• Experience across a number of industries – ideally strong finance experience
• Business analysis
• Client facing skills
• English speaking is must, Russian speaking is nice to have but not essential
