JOB DETAILS:

A real estate firm in Nairobi wishes to recruit qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Senior Finance Officer
The applicant must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized University and a proven work experience of atleast (8) years as an Accountant (3) of which must be at Senior level. He/she must be a holder of CPA(K). He/she will implement sound corporate financial policies that will help in identifying risks and develop controls that will minimize risks. He/She will supervise the finance function in the organization. Constantly review systems that will ensure efficient management of financial resources, Ensure efficient revenue collection, disbursement, accounting and payment of statutory taxes and levies and their reporting, Supervise the tax compliance, auditing, banking functions, investments, and other financial needs as necessary. Review financial data and prepare monthly annual reports and management reports as needed. Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders and financiers in formal meetings.
