Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must hold university (at least 16 years of education) in Statistics/Economics, and must have at least +10 years of demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative designs, data management and analysis.
• Demonstrable experience in quasi-experimental data analysis and other techniques/methods such as interrupted time series, matched controls, propensity score matching and development of synthetic control.
• In depth understanding of health programming in low and middle-income contexts, preferably in the Eastern and Southern Africa region
• Strong data interpretation and reporting (in English) is must
• Demonstrated and proven experience of using statistical tools and software such as SPSS, R, STATA for quantitative analysis, and NVIVO or other software for qualitative analysis.
