JOB DETAILS:
The role
• Reporting directly to the CMO, you will work closely with the existing marketing team and be responsible for the implementation of a variety of strategies and campaigns:
• Delivering creative multi-channel strategies that continue to drive customer acquisition and retain existing customers.
• Increasing brand awareness across a variety of regions, monitoring and optimizing user funnels.
• Designing and implementing digital advertising campaigns (Google Adwords, LinkedIn etc).
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance and ROI of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Identifying industry trends and insights and optimizing spending and performance accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications
• Whilst knowledge and experience in the web3 sector is preferred, it is not a pre-requisite. We welcome applications from those who have an inquisitive mindset and a desire to learn, together with the following experience:
• 5 years + global digital marketing experience in a high-growth, fast-paced start-up environment (preferably fintech).
• You will be hands-on with a demonstrable track record of driving innovative, content-rich campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Significant experience in SEO / SEM, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, ASO, AB Testing and working with cross-platform products.
• With a strong analytical mindset, you will be adept at reporting on campaign and channel effectiveness for growing our userbase.
• Above all you, will be creative with a passion for building the future of finance.
