Job Description:
• Uzapoint is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts to unlock new business opportunities, form strategic partnerships, and lead our marketing initiatives. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and establishing Uzapoint as a leading solution provider for African SMEs.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry influencers, and key stakeholders
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Uzapoint's products and services
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve our offerings
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of business development and marketing efforts

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the technology or financial services industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
• Knowledge of the African SME landscape and entrepreneurial ecosystem is a plus
