JOB DETAILS:
A leading Building Construction company in Kenya is seeking to recruit the following personnel

SENIOR ARCHITECT
This is an exciting and unique opportunity for the right candidate to be involved in high profile building construction projects and to develop their skills while working within a multidisciplinary and a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate must have strong and proven experience in project administration/ management, technically proficient, passionate with construction, a pace setter and with an ability to work under pressure.

Key responsibilities to the role Include;

• Provide high level strategic management to ensure that the organization meets or exceeds its targets.
  
• Promote and maintain liaison with other consultants to ensure effective co-ordination and planning of projects.
  
• Ensure efficient project management and quality assurance in all phases of the projects.

Skills and experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  
• Registered by BORAQS with proven 5 years post-registration work experience
  
• A member of the Architectural Association of Kenya.
  
• Masters degree will be an added advantage
