JOB DETAILS:
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Senior Analyst in our Payment Solutions Business, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing payment data, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights to optimize payment processes and enhance customer experience. Your expertise will contribute to developing and implementing effective payment solutions strategies, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data-driven approaches, and shape the future of our payment solutions.

Key Relationships:
The role will be reporting to: Principal: Sales Planning and Coordination and working closely with:
• Leadership Team(EXCO)
• General Managers
• Commercial Sales Teams
• Project Management
• Product Leaders

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track payment metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators. Collaborate with sales teams to establish sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and implement performance metrics and measurement frameworks to track progress
• Utilize data visualization tools and analytics software to transform complex data sets into actionable insights and visualizations.
• Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to develop and implement payment solutions strategies.
• Partner with business development teams to identify and evaluate potential partnerships and new payment technologies
• Collaborate with Sales Planning & Coordination manager to support the implementation and optimization of sales tools, CRM systems, and salesforce automation technology
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, operations, and customer support.
• Conduct in-depth sales performance analysis, including pipeline analysis, win/loss analysis, and forecasting accuracy.
• Identify areas and provide recommendations for optimizing payment processes and driving revenue growth and cost reduction
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate sales performance to stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Must-Have Experience;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role within a sales-focused organization.
• Proficient in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Analytics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience with salesforce automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies, sales processes, and sales funnel management.
• Nice to have experience;
• Understanding of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Organization : Able to keep track of own responsibilities as well as those of the sales team
• Time Management : Able to plan tasks and complete within the set time frame
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large complex data
