Our client Ronalds & Associates is a professional services firm registered in Kenya offering, Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory & Consulting services to a range of clients with different needs.
They are seeking a highly competent and outstanding individual to fill the following position:

Station: Nairobi
Salary: Negotiable
Job Role Type: Full time

Overall Responsibilities:
Reporting to the partners, the Senior Accountant will provide leadership to his or her team members in the Outsourcing department through training, mentoring & coaching. He or she will ensure the successful and timely completion of clients’ assignments.

Senior Accountant Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the bookkeeping and accounting services for various clients.
• Conduct financial reviews and compilations for different clients.
• Ensure that clients are tax compliant and offer advisory services.
• Take charge of payroll outsourcing services for different clients.
• Offer strategic financial advice to clients.
• Implement and supervise the cloud accounting software services.
• Perform client relationship management functions.
• Prepare management accounts on behalf of the clients.
• Perform any other related assignments assigned by the partners.

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant Job

• Professional accounting qualification e.g CPA of ACCA.
• Bachelors’ degree in a related field.
• Similar related experience preferably in an accounting firm.
• High work standards and ethics.
• Confident, a Team player & Leader
• Flexible and solution driven
• Be self-motivated to achieve desired results.
