JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsiblities
• Identifies, targets and builds new relationships with existing and potential clients for revenue growth.
• Develop a credible pipeline of prospective clients and growth strategies that allows for the achievement of individual monthly and annual targets.
• Clearly articulates value propositions to existing and prospective clients.
• Responsible of creating targeted sales and marketing plans.
• Take part in the development of various products distribution channels.
• Maintain a calendar for marketing campaigns.
• Foster existing relationships to protect existing books of business.
• Provide weekly and monthly production reports.

• 4 years relevant experience with demonstrated success in a similar position preferably within the insurance industry.
• Experience in sales management with a proven track record.
• Professional and Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field.
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK) or ACII.
