JOB DETAILS:
Key responsibilities:
• Ensuring safe custody of all company assets by monitoring and controlling the movement of vehicles, people and goods onto and off company premises,
• Leading and managing investigations of all reported incidents, including fraud and advice management on corrective action
• Leading and managing contracted third-party security service providers to meet the company’s requirement
• Ensuring that the company's representation in court on security matters is adhered to and appropriate report to management is made
• Ensuring compliance with company security and safety measures including carrying out spot checks
• Leading security surveys, conducting security audits, and reviewing security measures on existing projects to ensure appropriate measures
• Ensuring induction and training of third-party security staff in line with the company policies and guidelines
• Leading in the provision of security information and awareness and leading in best practices
• Ensuring installation and maintenance of security systems and equipment

Requirements
Qualifications required:
• Minimum academic qualification: University Degree
• Qualifications as an added advantage: Postgraduate diploma in business management
• Professional registration: N/A

Experience required:
• General work experience (years): Ten years
• Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): Five years
• Industry: Two years

Key competencies and skills:
• Good Planning and organizing skills
• Good investigative, Analytical and good report writer
• Excellent communication skills

Language requirements:
• English
• Kiswahili

Computer literacy:
