SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
We are a Boys High School located 3Okms on the outskirts of Nairobi with a population of 300 boys. We provide 8-4-4 system of education and have created a suitable learning environment.

We require a competent School Principal to take the position in the next phase of our growth. Reporting to the Board of Directors, he'll carry out day to day duties of running the school and ensure that all academic and non-academic programmes including student and staff welfare are efficiently done.

The successful candidate must meet the following minimum requirement.

• Self-driven BED graduate or equivalent
  
• Must have served a minimum of three years in a similar position or that of a Deputy Principal in a well performing educational institution
  
• Must demonstrate leadership qualities by articulating the development of the schools culture and student programmes.
  
• A good communicator able to lead and motivate a growing and diverse team by working with minimum supervision.
  
• Must be computer literate.
  
• Registered with TSC.
