Nairobi Jaffery Academy is an International school in Nairobi, Kenya offering Cambridge IGCSE Curriculum from Kindergarten to A-Level, with a population of over 600 pupils. Our focus is on the holistic development of each child through intellectual personal and spiritual growth to help them become competent, compassionate and capable citizens. We are looking for a Principal with flair, an exceptional leader with a track record of successful leadership, ambitious and student focused, with a commitment to ensuring the best possible academic and holistic outcomes for our pupils. .

Job Qualifications:
• A minimum qualification of Degree in Education with post graduate qualification
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a School Head or Director in a reputable School
• Proven track record of school leadership and growth in an international school environment
• Be an inspirational and highly motivated leader, able to articulate a clear vision for the management of the school with the resilience and determination to ensure that it is successfully implemented
• Have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills so as to promote the highest expectations and standards of teaching and learning throughout the school A visionary leader with the highest expectations, and equally high levels of emotional intelligence and communication skills; and the capacity to motivate staff and inspire young people,
• Look to foster both new and existing partnerships and collaborations with other successful schools to raise standards and find solutions to wider issues
