Qualifications for nominations
The nominees should meet the following criteria:
• Be at least a diploma holder from a recognized institution or equivalent
• Have basic knowledge of budget and economic affairs.
• Comply with chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010
• The organization should provide details of nominees, their education level, gender, and ward.

Functions of the Forum
• Review and validation of County plans, the County Fiscal Strategy Paper and the County Budget Review and Outlook Paper
• Advise on own-source revenue enhancement strategies
• Consider and make recommendations on all matters relating to budgeting, the economy and financial management at the county level
• All consultations shall be in accordance with the consultation process provided in the law relating to county governments.

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
