Traditional Trade Supervisor

Sales and Marketing. The candidate will Be responsible for achieving sales targets Through directing, coaching, training and Motivating the team to build distribution, Maximize visibility, and ensure route Excellence. More importantly he/she Needs to deliver these objectives through Solid negotiation sessions with the key Customers in the trade. Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or a related field
  
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Professional sales or distribution Company ideally in the FMCG industry
  
• Previous experience as a sales man is a Distinct advantage

Requirements

• Computer Skills in Word & Excel are Mandatory. PowerPoint is an advantage
  
• Mastery of written and spoken English is Required
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills Leadership skills
  
• Strong negotiation skills
  
• Hands On-Field orientated
  
• Priority setting & planning skills
  
• Strong organizational & administrative skills
  
• Data crunching & analytical skills
  
• Strong on initiative and follow up
  
• Strong leadership skills
  
• Candidates must also possess a valid Driver’s license.
