JOB DETAILS:
Tustawi is looking for a new member to join our growing team.
Education: Minimum Bachelors degree
Experience: 7+ years in sales and business development
Skills: Organised, utilising digital tools to communicate and collaborate with the team. Excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for new client acquisition and revenue generation, take personal responsibility for selling and building relationships with a portfolio of targeted businesses to ensure revenue objectives are met. If you succeed, you will be responsible for growing market share profitably in defined strategic markets and accounts.
You will be involved in engaging the customers to understand and anticipate their needs and supporting the product development team to create solutions that meet customers’ requirements.
• Profitably grow market share through acquiring new business with new customers and new applications at existing accounts
• Maintain a healthy business pipeline of opportunities in line with the company's strategic growth plans.
• Sell at optimum value and margin to meet agreed profit targets.
• Support the maintenance of existing accounts
• Develop a trusting and productive relationship with the key decision-makers. Is able to develop relationship maps and maintain contact records.
• Understand market trends, suggest offerings and solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with the customers to review the business performance during formal business review meetings.
• Gather business intelligence to understand possible threats and mitigates the same.
• Evaluate and establish relationships with potential partners
• Evaluate customer requirements within the overall context of the market, i.e. applicability of similar products and projects for other customers.
• Support opportunities related to regular business and support successful closure
• Develop and improve value offering
• Capture trends from industry and translate them into new product or service developments and innovative offerings.
• In cooperation with the business manager, discuss, propose, test and lead suggested price positioning in the segment.
• Partner with all stakeholders to establish priorities, service levels and expected deliverables.
• Provide, summarize, analyse, and process relevant customer and market information
• Partner with Marketing, Technical Department and R&D to ensure the voice of the customer is received and acknowledged
• Provide supporting resources & intelligence to sales teams to respond to customer’s requests
• Expertly communicates across the business on all internal and external activities, in line with the strategic plan. Provides regular updates
