JOB DETAILS:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully
• Collaborating, generating, receiving and driving inbound opportunities from partners and/or own marketing team
• Actively approaches cold and lukewarm prospects. He/she is a hunter that loves playing outside and is always looking for possibilities to enlarge the network and make the Incentro Brand known with new people, own people, sometimes additional external resources
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new opportunities in the field
• Researching and analyzing sales options.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and recommending new opportunities.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards as per company policy.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending product training and establishing personal networks.
• Have a good sense of the company culture and all projects we are working on.
About you

• An relevant bachelor’s degree;
• 5 years of work experience as (technical) sales consultant
• Experience with (international) customers in a consultancy role;
