JOB DETAILS:
Achievement of AZ & PPAZ coils sales Volume in Kenya
• Ensure delivery of set AZ and CCAZ third party volume
• To ensure that the sales volumes as per budgeted / targeted basis are achieved consistently
• Map the potential for the AZ & CCAZ business and identify the key customers for development
• Ensure agreed collection efficiency and ensuring no unsecured credit in the market.
• To coordinate with the Customer Service department in ensuring adequate volumes are planned for the exports markets in line with the customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Ensure best customer service is offered to our customers- delivery and complaint resolution
• Circulate weekly/monthly MIS on the market activities AZ and CCAZ segment as may be required
• Undertake below the line marketing activities like participating in trade shows, exhibitions etc to create MRM awareness
Group Companies Coordination
• Acting as liaison between MRM CS and MRM BS and Group Companies on matters orders
• Coordinating with other MRM CS departments on order processing and dispatch for MRM BS and other Group Companies
• Production and sharing error free quotations with Group Companies with the correct pricing
• Regular following up and updating the Group Companies on the progress of their orders
• Working very closely with the dispatch teams to ensure orders are processed and dispatched promptly
• Ensuring monthly order requirements from Group Companies are received on time to support timely production planning and dispatch
• Coordinating the weekly planning meetings between MRM CS & MRM BS and Group Companies
• Gathering relevant market intelligence in various markets and sharing with the relevant teams.
• Address customers’ complaints as per company guidelines and keep track of feedback received from Group Companies in respect to timely supplies, quality issues and coordinate with respective sections for improvements and resolution.
Qualifications required:
• Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Trade, Economics or equivalent
Experience required:
• General work experience (years): 5 years and above
• Industry: Roofing, Building Materials,
