We are looking for self-motivated, results-driven and outgoing persons with a good sense of business to join our sales teams in Nakuru, Mombasa and Kisumu. Are you one of them?
WEEE Centre is expanding and will offer services of safe e-waste management throughout Kenya. We are looking for results-driven Sales & Marketing Officers with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects and execute the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns.
We offer a versatile and engaging work environment where you will be doing a great difference for a sustainable future. Being pioneers in this business field requires us to do a lot of awareness raising, as well as guide the customer prospects to suitable solutions for handling of their e-waste. As one in our team you will also be an active part in establishing our new Collection Centres.

Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, virtual and physical meetings.
• Handle and solve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets.
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze market potential and track sales.
• Contribute in implementing marketing strategies.
• Prepare content for marketing material and oversee distribution.
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
• Liaise with stakeholders to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
• Supply management with reports on sales and marketing results, customer needs/problems/interests, competitive activities and potential development of products and services.

Requirements
• Good knowledge of the new towns/regions.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and the most common social media platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM system practices.
• Ability to build productive and professional business relationships.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to target group.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
• Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach, creativity and commercial awareness.
• Education in business, marketing or a related field.
• Driver’s License
