Job summary: The position holder is responsible for developing, leading and implementing the company Sales & Marketing strategy and programmes. He/She will ensure delivery of sustainable profitable growth and meet business objectives, through innovation and brand building. .

• Sales & Marketing strategy formulation and execution
• Achieve targeted market share and gross margins
• Quality and timely implementation of the agreed Sales & Marketing and innovation programs
