Butali Sugar Mills Limited is an ultra-modem sugar factory within the heart of Kakamega County in the Western part of Kenya. BSML seeks to recruit suitable professionals for the following open position;
Sales & Marketing Manager - Reporting to Administrative .

Director Job Responsibilities
• In Charge of sales of sugar and other byproducts
• Control and monitor day to day sales and loading
• Developing and maintaining sales strategies
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as required to meet company projections
• To research analyze and evaluate the competitive market environment

• Bachelors in Marketing or equivalent from a recognized Institution
• Professional Chartered marketer (CIM).
• Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles
