JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose
He/she will be commercially experienced with a proven ability to establish successful sales and marketing strategies. The applicant must be excited by new challenges and motivated to create a successful business through determination, leadership, innovation and hard work.

Key Responsibilities·

1. Start and scale sales and support teams in the various portfolios.
2. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
3. Assists in the development of the sales plan and provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
4. Prepares forecasts reporting for the CEO and senior management for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
5. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers and personally assist to close large deals
6. Capacity building, sales coaching and performance management
7. Engage with business teams to understand customer needs / problems and come up with possible solutions to address their needs
8. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

What we are Looking for
1. Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in Sales and marketing with at least 5-7 years in senior management.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
3. Master’s in Business Administration would be preferred additional qualification
4. Capacity to innovate, creating new processes and structures for distribution.
5. Knowledge of the local business environment, particularly in either, retail, FMCG or service sector.
6. Ability to build and manage relations at all levels
7. Excellent computer literacy and communication skills.
8. Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
9. Strong leadership and team building skills
10. Customer centric
11. Should have problem solving and decision making abilities
12. Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams
13. Keen on process improvement

2. Growth in customer base and revenue
3. High levels of customer satisfaction
4. Sales and Marketing strategy and policy formulation
