SALES MANAGER REF: HR-SM-04-2019.

  Key responsibilities:
• Forecasting and developing annual sales targets for existing and new products:
• Achieving agreed sales targets monthly and annually by developing action plans and building and exploiting networks of potential advertisers;
• Maintaining sales volumes by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Creating and maintaining systems for tracking sales, ensuring contracts are signed, filed, invoiced and fully executed and monthly reports are sent;
• Recruiting, developing and supervising sales staff and following up on their work processes and results;
• Attending events to network and establish contacts; and,
• Supporting and guiding the team efforts as and when required

  Qualifications and skills:
• Ability to write complex reports;
• Understanding of the dynamics and complexity of print sales and market knowledge People management skills; and,
• Demonstrable success and track record in sales planning, relationship building and sales target achievement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a business related field

At least 3 years' experience in FMCG environment;
