Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the animal health portfolio of the company's products and services and ensure consistent, profitable growth in animal health sales revenue through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. He will also be responsible for identifying objectives, strategies and action plans for improvement of short- and long-term sales growth and earnings of animal health brands. .

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for sales.
• In liaison with finance, drawing up of annual sales budgets
• Key account management for cooperatives, institutions and large-scale farms
• Identifying portfolio gaps and recommend new products for development
• Analysis and preparation of monthly sales reports
• Preparation of annual sales and marketing strategic plans
• Preparation of annual marketing budgets
• In liaison with production and procurement, participate in procurement planning
• Launch new products into the market

Qualifications
• University degree in Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Science, Animal Health or equivalent
• A professional marketing qualification will be desirable
• Master's in Business Administration will be advantageous
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the animal health industry
• Registered with the Kenya Veterinary Board
• A member of a professional veterinary/animal health body
• Holder of a valid driving license
• Should be computer Literate.
