JOB DETAILS:
Imarisha Mabati factory ltd is medium scale enterprise in production, sales and trade industry. We are located in the southern part of Nairobi Kenya, along Mombasa Road. With over 5 years of profiling, we have grown from a single roofing profile manufacturer to the current state production of over six roofing profiles and accessories. We have invested and introduced all profiling from sheets (Mabati) with colours to adapt to the advanced manufacturing technique and control system to ensure that we only produce the best products as per the current world-class standards. As we work hard to be the biggest construction materials manufacturer, we can assure you that we are the best roofing (Mabati) manufacturers offering the same services but with a few innovations and sophistication in Kenya, Uganda & South Africa. In all our operations, we implement a program of continuous improvement that includes updating equipment and refining systems and processes to maximize productivity and service delivery to our dear customers. We have committed our goals and objectives towards the greater good of offering the best products and services to the rapidly growing construction industry. .

Responsibilities:
• Generating leads.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients both online and offline.
• Coordinating daily sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Preparing and submitting sales orders for documentation and production.
• Contacting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about our products, service terms, prices and availability.

Qualifications
• Diploma in business, marketing, economics or related field.
• Experience in sales. Experience in a relative industry is a plus.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and work colleagues.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks, which include but not limited to digital marketing.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
