Job Purpose As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Education Qualifications, Experience, Skills, And Traits • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. • Experience managing a team of Sales Agents for at least 2 years. • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint. • Excellent sales and negotiation skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical skills to track and analyze sales data and trends.
