JOB DETAILS:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Forecast capacity demands ahead of time to build up the necessary capacity
• Technology refresh to update the NFVI with the latest technology
• Plan the roadmap for functional enhancements of the Networks Cloud
• Lab setup and testing of multiple Cloud technologies and VNF/CNF & its management.
• Running of Tenders with the support of the Procurement team. This would include the
• preparations of technical specifications, technical and commercial evaluation, BOQ validations and Statenment of Works
• Manage Project Delivery within the allocated budget, resources and timeline.
• Planning, design and dimensioning of new Technologies of networks from scratch
• Preparing the solution proposal requirements for the vendors based upon the network requirements.
• Technical discussions & BoQ alignment with the vendors on submitted solutions.
• Technical evaluation of vendors based upon the submitted proposal.
• Project management & tracking deployments & upgrades across all the OpCos.
• Leading Monthly vendor meetings for projects management.
• Supporting business teams on their requirements & visions realization with apt solutions.
• Engage with & manage multiple OpCos technical counterparts.
• Responsible for Planning/designing/Maintenance of Cloud Core networks, solutions proposal designing and delivering of GSM Core services in all the OpCos as well as managing the AoPs, Planning & implementing upgrades with the vendors

Educational Qualification and Functional/Technical Skills:
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field required
• Expert level knowledge of 4G/IMS/5G Core network planning setup, Operation and maintenance.
• Expert level knowledge of 4G/IMS/5G network interfaces, call flows & protocols.
• Hands on experience of network deployment & management.
• Detailed knowledge of core network & protocols.

Relevant Experience:
• Minimum 7-10 years working experience in planning, designing, implementation & management of Cloud core network.

Other Requirements:
• Must be able to manage, coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
• Good influencing and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work as a multi-network domain leader/SME with minimum supervision.
• Self-driven, team player, good presentation skills and motivated.
• Task oriented with excellent organizational & inter departments interaction skills.
• Good understanding of the commercial aspects of the business.
