SEO Specialist. (2 slots)
Job Description
SEO specialist will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities
1. Build links for the backlink pages to build authority of the page with external link partner for our client’s website.
2. Do Keyword analysis to develop best keyword list that can be used in clients websites and create onsite optimization documents.
3. Collecting, analysing, interpreting and summarizing web performance data and proposing where a client will invest their marketing budget.
4. Create google Ads campaigns.
5. Manage Google Ads platform (experience with Re-marketing campaign), Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads platform, etc.
6. Work in a Scrum Team.
7. Create and publish high quality content applying marketing research and development.
8. Optimize content for SEO.
9. Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies.
10. Plan, develop and evaluate online digital campaigns for clients.
11. Define target audience and create buyer persona's.
12. Perfom conversion optimization with Google Analytics, Mouseflow and Google Optimize (a/b testing).
13. Run Ad campaigns on Social Media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
14. Develop periodical reports on SEO traffic, ads, digital campaigns and Return on investment for clients.
15. Manage the marketing investment budgets for clients.

Job requirements/Professional requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or any related course.
3. Over 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
4. Ability to maintain dialogue with team and clients.
5. Ability to train & support team in several areas e.g. SEO, Keyword analysis, Optimization e.t.c
6. Have good communication skills: speaking, writing and presentation.
7. High level of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA).
8. Hands on in doing Keyword analysis, google analytics, google data studio, onsite optimization, linkbuilding and creating link profile
9. Practical experience in conversion optimization and a/b testing
10. Proficient with Internet
11. Ability to type very fast (Blind typing) using keyboard.
12. Understanding of internet trends.
13. Attention to detail.
14. Ready to grow on personal and professional level.
15. Ability to enjoy while doing the work.
16. Someone who is proactive in giving ideas for SEO campaigns.
17. Knowledge of installing and managing websites in wordpress is added advantage.
18. Willingness to work in a team.
19. Willingness to learn.
