We are Touch Inspiration, development agency located in Nairobi, Kenya. We work hard and we love what we do!
We are currently looking for a few Ruby on Rails MVC framework developers to join our team. Any candidate should be at the minimum be able to:
1. Build clean, maintainable and reusable code
2. Follow emerging technologies and suggest new tools and methodologies to the team, huge plus
3. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
4. Basic understanding of how the backend interacts with various frontends
5. Excellent analytical and time management skills
6. Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude, we are nothing without our teamwork.
7. Understanding accessibility and security compliance
8. Practices test-driven development (TDD). We test aggressively using minitest
9. Experience with a relational databases.
