The Authority invites bids from eligible bidders for the Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of KamalelMadebe/Kamalel-Kaptangwar-Ngong (Off E8026(T2613) Road E8026 (T2613) during 2022/2023 financial year in Nandi Region.

1. The tender is Reserved for firms with Access to Government procurement opportunities certificate for Youth.

2. Bidders can participate in several tenders; however, a bidder shall not participate in the same tender individually and also as a Joint Venture.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at KeRRA RegionalOffices during office hours[0900to1500hours] attheaddress given below.

5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from www.kerra.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtainedelectronicallywillbefreeof charge.

6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kerra.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to nandi@kerra.go.ke to facilitate any further clarificationor addendum.

7. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for One Hundred and Eighty days from the dateof openingof tenders.

8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration

9. The Tenderer MUST chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the order of 1,2,3, 4,……

10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below so as to be received on or before 27th January,2023 at 10.00AM.Bids submitted after this prescribed time shall be rejected.

11. Contractors/bidders are advised to visit the roads between 16th January,2023 – 20th January,2023 by making personal arrangement to acquaint themselves with the Site and PRE-TENDER Site Visit certificates will be issued at the Supply chain office only on the specified dates for the exercise.
