JOB DETAILS:
Job Title : Retail & Network Development Manager
Department : Retail
Reporting to : Chief Executive Officer Job
Location : Nairobi, Kenya with frequent travels to the neighboring countries.
The Retail & Network Development Manager is responsible for Texas Energy’s retail network development, day-to-day overall supervision of the Company’s retail network, including sales, staff, training, stock, cash handling, operating standards, brand protection, resources management and ultimately identifying opportunities for its expansion in line with the Company desired growth.

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, Finance or any other relevant field.
• At least Five years working experience in the Oil Industry specifically in the Retail Department

LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strategic thinking and market focus.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to network.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
